Royal Appeal: A Message to the Sovereigns
This message is addressed to the Sovereigns of Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. I, Aleksandr Snigirev, am a Living Human, an Engineer and a Sovereign, seeking to offer my knowledge and seeking protection for my mission.
